Improving Dompé's website to align with global pharmaceutical leaders, enhancing the overall company appearance and user experience with a refreshed website and updated brand identity.
Challenge
The website needed to facilitate easier navigation through substantial content, educating buyers, consumers, and shareholders. It aimed to improve user flow, providing accessible information on products, key pipeline updates, and the latest medical research.
Key considerations also included bilingual functionality, content revisions for clarity, a modern appearance, and enhancing the company's leadership position in the pharmaceutical industry. This included implementing a refreshed brand identity to enhance both online and offline company presence.
Solution
Dompé's transformation was guided by moodboard exploration, analytical research to identify user issues, and a return to the company's passion and heritage to refresh its brand identity. Wireframes were created for each language site, considering international laws and product availability, alongside concept designs reflecting Dompé's essence.
The restructuring made the site more accessible to businesses, consumers, and shareholders, with a focus on pipeline research and products. A design system was developed for flexibility and custom content creation. The project also extended to rebranding Dompé's sister businesses, Exscalate and Foundation.
