Enhancing Blakely's online presence including modernising its appearance with an improved shopping experience.
Challenge
Blakely Clothing were looking to bring their ecommerce forward with an improved look and feel. This also included the introduction of improved userability, an updated approach and visuals, including the introduction of new payment methods and an overall better shopping experience for the brand online.
Solution
The website was designed to prioritise visual appeal and user-friendliness, with streamlined navigation facilitating exploration of Blakely's product ranges. Features such as product favouriting and diverse payment options were introduced to cater to the preferences of both new and returning customers.
Mobile-first design ensured a seamless shopping experience to cater to the high usage of mobile users.
The incorporation of upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the site at considered checkpoints enhanced the buying process. Utilising a modular design allowed for easy page curation, complemented by a new filter system. Overall, the production of the new site has contributed to the continued success and growth of the Blakely brand.
